Making a claim from IMDA involves the following procedures:1. Create an IMDA iTRAIN claim account with IMDA (if it is not already done) 2. Filing the claim online 3. Mailing supporting documents to IMDA following the submission of online 1. Creating your iTRAIN individual account Individuals who are self-sponsored and claiming for support must have a valid IMDA iTRAIN account prior to claim application. This is to facilitate the reimbursement of Course registration fee. To begin, go to https://eservice.ida.gov.sg/icms/ (note: https:// NOT http://) On the opening page, select “Register for an individual account“ Under the “New Account Application” page, enter the following information: Name of Applicant – your name as in NRIC Fill in the rest of your personal particulars and submit IMDA normally will process and advise status within 3 working days. 2. Making the Claim online Login to https://eservice.ida.gov.sg/icms/ using your SingPass Go to Claims Submit the required supporting documents to IDA within 5 working days to complete the claim application 3. Supporting documents required by IMDA for online submission of claim 1. Copy of Invoice from Gateway Consulting Pte Ltd (already mailed to you by Gateway Consulting) 2. Copy of Official Receipt of Course fee payment from Gateway Consulting Pte Ltd 3. Copy of your NRIC (front and back) 4. Your Course attendance (Supplied by Gateway Consulting) 5. Copy of Certificate of Attendance/Completion/Attainment (Supplied by Gateway Consulting) 6.
