			Presenting award to deserving student at Harbin in July 2005.  I have always wanted the opportunity to visit Harbin in the thick of winter to see their world famous ice sculptures.  Unfortunately the recruitment trip had to be made in summer.  Harbin, I will return in winter ! (I did!  See 2009 !)
